The people behind SuperWork have been part of the collaborative space movement since it all began in 2006, at Hub Islington, the world’s first co-working space.
Since then we’ve designed, delivered and managed more than 25 collaborative workspaces, including 5 Impact Hubs, 11 co-working spaces and offices in the UK and 9 abroad, including in Japan, Denmark, Kenya and Myanmar.
Health Foundry

2016 - onwards
SuperWork was commissioned by Guy's & St Thomas' Charity to deliver this 3,500 sq. ft. digital health incubator in Waterloo and has been managing the space on behalf of the charity since 2016.


ActionAid Denmark

2013-2014
SuperWork helped ActionAid convert an old grammar school into 18,000 sq. ft. of offices, co-working space, event spaces and training facilities for non-profits and managed the space for a year until it became self-sustainable.
Impact Hubs London

Since 2006 we have been involved in all 4 Impact Hubs in London. From founding members of Impact Hub Islington and strategic designer of Impact Hub King's Cross to designer, operator and shareholder of Impact Hubs Westminster and Brixton.


SUNABA Innovation Incubator
Shiojiri, Japan
2018 onwards
The SuperWork team worked with our partners at Impact Hub Tokyo to deliver and manage a social innovation incubator space in Nagano Prefecture. The work is commissioned by the Shiojiri City Government and the space opened in May 2018.
Mare Street Creative Hub
London, United Kingdom
2017 onwards
The Mare Street Creative Hub is a collaborative workspace in Hackney hosted by Architecture00 and includes designers, photographers, furniture makers and architects. SuperWork delivered the space in 2017 and has managed it since then.
